Human beings have domesticated many animals. The animals that were not tamed were caged and many of them became extinct. Human beings have been keeping pet animal since ages. Pet care can be mentioned in the following way:
- When you are feeding the fish, please put off the filter, otherwise the food particles will enter the filter and block it.
- Control the fleas with the vacuum. One or two moth balls in the vacuum canister can serve the purpose of getting rid of the fleas. Please be sure that the fleas need blood only when they start reproducing. One can use home remedies too for getting rid of the fleas but it is better to consult a veterinary doctor before doing it.
- Cover the furniture with double stick tape or the poster tape.
- Put decorative stones around the plant to keep the pet away from digging around it.
- Check out with the local animal clinic for the day and time of free rabies vaccination.
- The pets can be spayed or neutered at a lower cost if certified and referred by the local spca.
- Small articles which can be swallowed should be kept away from the pets.
- Don’t allow your pets to multiply touch an extent that you cannot take care of all of them.
- To deal with the kitty litter use woodstove pellets instead of pine pellets.
- If you have a horse as your pet be sure to pamper it.
- Administering pills to animals is not very easy. It can be done with a cover of fruit like banana.
- Take care when you purchase the pet, especially about its age and ancestry.
- In case of guinea pig the life of the litter can be increased by mixing it with shredded paper.
- There is no other option other than to clean the place where the tom cat and dogs spray.
- You can get bones for free from the meat-cutter. The dogs love to play with big bones.
- Old pillowcases and pillows can be a comfortable bed for your pets.
- The latex gloves make the removal of cat hair very easy.
- Cats love scratching and if they don’t get anything to scratch they will destroy the flooring. So it is better to get a piece of mat for it to scratch.
- Dispose of the feces promptly before it make the whole house stink.
- A nylon rope could be the best chew available for your pet.
- Treat the dog with ice cubes especially when you want it to be in the kennel.
- The toilet rolls could be use for playing by the pets.
- Vinegar could work as the best deodorant for cats and dogs.
